do you still have your wedding dress?

Yes. Our wedding was in my Brother-in-laws back yard. It was August and 36 years ago. I still have my dress but it is now too big!! I was a size 9 back then. My diabetes (diagnosed 2 years ago) has brought me from a size 16/18 down to a 6. God never gives you a problem without a solution. And sometimes an extra blessing!

Yes I do! It is stored for now but the exciting news is that I lost 60 lbs. last year and can fit into it again. I came down with it on last year and DH told me I was still as beautiful as the day we got married! He's a keeper!!

I feel that pain - but my traditional wedding dress was from a marriage that lasted only two years. My 2nd husband (of 35+ years) and I had a less traditional wedding. I wore a dove grey quiana gown - he got the white suit! So my first wedding gown meant nothing to me. When my girls were looking for Halloween 'ghost bridal gowns' I decided it was time to give it up to them. Now, after many years of spooky fun, it's covered in fake blood and the train and veil are thread-bare. At 28 and 22 years old, they still use it!!

Not only do I have mine of 31yrs, I also am storing my youngest daughters and have been storing all kinds of prom, bridesmaids and any other type of formal wear. I wish I knew where to send them so someone else could use them.

I HAD my wedding dress BUT being only 5' 1" and having 4 tall daughters, none of them could of worn my wedding dress so I designed 2 Baptismal outfits boy/girl. I used the original parts of the dress to make these & they turned out beautiful. All 6 grandkids have been Baptized in them already & more to come. I still have that memory but a new one was made.

Yes I still have mine. My daughter wore it in a horse show a few years ago. Can't remember what the reason but they dressed up for this show maybe it was around this time and it was a halloween show or something.

Yes, I still have mine. Don't know why because no one will probably wear it. Was married in 1971 and it cost only $100, pictures were $100, flowers were around $100, and reception hall $50. (a lot at the time). Who knows, maybe it will be back in style again when the granddaughters grow up and get married
