My son was up last night. My printers now print. He is working on getting a download for the emb machine. Boy, Vista is a pain for sure.

Try going to microsoft company page and loading their - I forget =sort of protection against virus =free program.
Ask somebody first maybe, but I went to Control Panel + Internet Options + Internet options this opens a panel of pages = the right end = advanced. Open that page, and down near the bottom it says "reset to original settings" and says "do this if your browser is unuseable". I do this even when I can use my browser, but other programs do not work. I do not know if it will remove any of your favorites, but it kept mine for me.
I once paid a guy $40 to do this!
..What program did you have before?
The internet has been wicked troublesome lately with viruses and such....
Don't play games! Some of them are virus carriers.

My DH and DS decided to update my computer to Vista/Windows 7 when nothing was wrong with my computer which made my Husquvarna embroidery machine completely incompatable. They both work in the computer field. I had to sell my old emb. machine on Ebay and buy a new one. They thought it was great. Now I have to learn a whole new emb. machine. Gee, thanks guys!
