its just seems to be alot of work for me to do one batch at a time.. I usually make a day of it (sometimes two), drag out all the pots and presses, chopping boards and knives, washing & sterilizing jars, lids and bands.. Whew, just thinking about it makes me tired already..
I have at least seven 5gallon buckets of apples that need washing, peeling and coring yet.. Ugh, Dreading having to do it..

Its a lot of work no matter how we do it :thumbup: One winter I didn't do any. The next year my sister & I did both summers crops in together. I think we made 15 batches in 2 days! Plumes ,peaches, apricots, strawberrys, grapes,& pricklypear. But boy was it good.
