My friend uses mustard with good results. I just get up and stand to stretch the muscles and walk around until it goes away. If that doesn't help, I would use the mustard, but it isn't something that I want to "snack" on during the night.

I always keep one in my nite stand. Sure help me get a good nite sleep. Hope it helps you.

For all of you with Charlie Horses. Have your magnizium checked. I did and now I take the citrate one because its absorbed in your body easier. As you get older (over 30) this is one vitamin that alot of people have problems with absorbing. You can also get it by soaking you feet, etc in Epson Salts a few times a week. I love soaking in the tub with it and it relaxes my whole body. Vit D is also great for the muscle and joint pains.
