Post My five new gentlemen friends...

I am seeing 5 gentlemen (give or take) every day!
As soon as I wake up, Will Power helps me out of bed.
    Then I go see John.
Then Charlie Horse comes along & when he's here, he takes up a lot of my time & attention.
When he leaves, Arthur Ritis shows up & usually stays for the rest of the day.
He doesn't like to stay in one place very long, so he takes me from joint to joint.
After such a busy day, I'm really tired.
So I am very glad to go to bed with Ben Gay.
    What a life!!

Dangit, and I thought me and Arthur Ritis had an exclusive thing going! We've been intimately acquainted since I was 13 years old. Charley Horse does visit me in the night sometimes though, so I've got that going for me.

    LOL!

Charlie visits me from time to time and usually wakes me up from a sound sleep. I hop around on the floor moaning! What a guy!

Funny, funny. Seriously those, When Charlie comes calling in the night there is a simple fix for him just keep a little pack of mustard, yes the kind you get at the fast food places and take about half spoonful in your mouth and swallow it all at once I follow it with a little water, this will cure it every time. I always keep one in my nite stand. Sure help me get a good nite sleep. Hope it helps you.

My friend uses mustard with good results. I just get up and stand to stretch the muscles and walk around until it goes away. If that doesn't help, I would use the mustard, but it isn't something that I want to "snack" on during the night.

For all of you with Charlie Horses. Have your magnizium checked. I did and now I take the citrate one because its absorbed in your body easier. As you get older (over 30) this is one vitamin that alot of people have problems with absorbing. You can also get it by soaking you feet, etc in Epson Salts a few times a week. I love soaking in the tub with it and it relaxes my whole body. Vit D is also great for the muscle and joint pains.
