Default A little about Customer Service

I bought a pre-cut kit (first time trying them) from The Enchanted Quilt - http://www.theenchantedquilt.com/ a few months ago. Finally got around to working on it a few weeks ago. Great quilt from a shop hop - they bought the extra packets from the other shops and put them together to make a kit. Well, we all know what happens when many people are cutting and packaging blocks...yep, a little missing fabric and a couple of blocks that needed to be cut single layer were cut double layer. I called them and told them about my "issues", they apologized, sent me matching fabric and cutting directions for the block, sent the missing fabric, a note of apology and an extra fat quarter as well!!! This is the kind of customer service that will have me going back to a shop again and again!!! Just wanted to share my happy customer service experience with my friends here on QB!!!

Its nice to hear about the good, rather than the bad for a change.

WoW this doesn't happen often. You should send them a letter saying what you just told all of us.I'm sure there will be a few of us giving them some of our business knowing they care about their customers

I love to hear about people who REMEMBER customer service. Thank you for posting the link (I will have to use them), I always try to use places that value US as people and customers. Thanks again
