Sad day
#23
Thank you all. I'still waiting for any news. I hope they will call this morning.
What happened is beyond me. She got along with the other cats fine, played with them, nothing wrong. But she stopped using the litterbox and we figured out the other cats must have prevented her from getting out. They (my son and DIL) talked to the vet several times about her behavior, she was checked out several times but the vet could find nothing wrong with her. With a 7 months old baby it became a problem and that's why she had to leave.
I didn't sleep well last night, kept thinking of the poor thing laying there in a cold bathroom......These people must have tried and grab her as they ended up at the GP's themselves with bites and scratches. I have no idea why they didn't take her to the vet, I would have before I went to the GP's myself.

Sorry for the problem with your cat. I had a similar problem with a horse, some times the seditive can have a odd effect as they are coming off of it. My horse, we believe had eplicitic (msp) siezures, but we did not know that at the time. She did live but it was scary. After that you could tell when she was going to sieze. Not a pretty sight. She couldn't be trusted in the show ring, trailer, anything that had stress. Not even as a broodmare.
Hope the poor cat comes out alright. It is sad when we can't help them. :(
