The pictures are beautiful and a blessing to behold.

I have a wonderful report! I lost 2 REAL pounds! I am so excited
    that I finally moved.

I am almost in the 250's, and can't wait.

Xylie, nancia, and Irish - thanks for the challenges.

I did 2 miles yesterday in my wheelchair! I know, it's not fair that I get to ride, but it was such a blessing to be out of the house.
We went to the county fair. I did eat junk food but I never finished any of the servings. It was enough to have a few bites for the "cravings".

I had so much fun watching the children slide down the giant slide and talking with my quilting buddies.

What a blessing of a wonderful day!

So glad to hear about your 2lbs. Maybe you are over your platue. It's nice to get outside and enjoy the great weather we are having now.
Love the baby pictures. It is amazing that you can love them so much.
    Good thought out to everyone.

Had an hr of water aerobics this morn.I go 2x a wk & love it.Seems to set up the whole day.
Dinner was creamed chicken on biscuits, fresh green beans from yest & a cookie sheet of roasted veggies.Had my chicken on a slice of toast.DH ate some of the roasted veggies & liked them. I'll have a fruit bar later for dessert & snack combined.
Has been a good day eating wise.If the weather holds tomor, will try to get some walking done.

Maybe my sister has it wrong. I sure hope so. Please pray for little Ethan.
Pam, I stand with you in refusing to accept this. I will certainly pray for Ethan.

Nancia, why do we do this to ourselves? I am right there with you except you walked, I didn't.

I'm either spot on or a splat. My weight is holding, but that is not good enough for me.

Lynne, you learn to live with them. They were here first. I smelled that stinky odor they leave behind when were in the woods today. Lily was high alert, but we were the only things moving. Could have been from overnight. They can have the area from midnight to 6:00 a.m. and we humans can have it during the other hours. One showed up at the courthouse this Summer during the day - and that's heavily residential. I've only encountered one in the early evening close to the house. I have a recovering frozen shoulder to prove it. My recently acquired coyote/dog tried to attack over and over. I was able to hold her, but it tore my shoulder up. My 75# wolfdog in my other hand was perfectly behaved and was told to "Leave it", so she did. I think I was using Mia for an anchor to help hold Kylee back. The joys of living on the edge of a National forest - less than two blocks.
