I hope you find it workable for you. The plan has improved so much through the years, and I feel like this is one of the best programs they've put together yet. And the best part is it is all just normal food...nothing special to buy. Best of luck and keep in touch with how it's going. :-)

Hi Lovingq, I've seen you on the June Weight Loss thread -at the end of the month MJ will start a July Weight Loss and a Prize thread. You will have to post and say "I'm in" -it seems she holds the entering time thru the 3rd day of the month, which also makes you eligible for a FQ. MJ will post at the end of June's weiht Loss thread and let everyone know when she has started the July thread. Anyone can join in at any time and add to the conversaton, they just can't be eligible for the FQ for losing the most #s for the month. It looks like I'll be searching for a FQ to send to someone as am not doing very good so far this month.
