Tutty, I'm basically on the newer Atkins as well, although I've tweaked it a bit for some foods I don't do well with. I admire your staying off the scales for a month!

Set an attainable goal each ten lbs. Don't look at the big amount. It makes you healthy. Jan

I joined WW in 1972 and lost 29 lbs. in four months. I had gotten up to 159 lbs. I still go and weighin every month and think this is the key to keeping it off. I know it keeps me on track.

I've been a life time member for many years, but periodically gain back some weight and so I go back to WW. I resisted points plus for several months, but on my last return I decided to try it and I'm liking it alot. I'm eating much better, more fruits and veggies and not so many 100 cal. pack snacks.
I was telling my husband, ( who takes things VERY literally) that fruits and veggies are free. He got so excited thinking that WW was giving away food!
I've lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks, I want to lose 10 more.

I am hoping to lose another 35 and then KEEP iT OFF. That is the trick. It is great to see other quilters with similar goals. Keep up the good work!

Today was my 8 week weigh in at WW...I'm down 17.6! WooHoo! I've got a looong way to go, but it's a great start. It's a program that works...I've been successful with it before. If it doesn't work, it's because of bad choices by me. Hang tough everyone...we can do it!

Fantastic, Keep up the good work. It is worth it. I have been on WW since March 4 and have lost 25! It is so exciting to buy smaller sizes! I have a long ways to go too, but it is SO worth the effort. I am feeling better and more aware of what goes into my mouth now.
