What does your dIL or SIL, daugther or son in love call you?

I have two SIL. One calls me Mom, one calls me by my first name. We had a conversation with each after they were married asking what they preferred. I am fine with either. I think it is key to have them state a preference. I have friends who told DIL they are comfortable with whatever she decides. Apparently she never decided-she never calls them anything!
