I have wanted to read this one. Is it good?
So far so good TootieAnn. I can tell there's going to be a twist in this novel. I'll let you know w/o giving away the ending!
I started reading this book and have a hard time with the author's writing style. The story line sounded so promising, but I hate it that I have to "plug" along, making it a hard read for me. :(

I just finished the 4-book series by Nora Roberts, the bride books, about childhood friends that start a wedding business, one is the florist, one the photographer, one the baker and the other the coordinator. One book for each....I am now reading Witch and Wizard by James Patterson, and Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks....I always have a book with me and one on my head board....I read at least 3 books a week, sometimes more....Love Janet Evanovich, David Baldacci, James Patterson, Dean Koontz, I guess I am an eclectic reader, will read just about anything!!!!!

Has anyone read anything by Laura Benedict? I've read two of hers..."Isabella Moon" (excellent!) and "Calling Mr. Lonely Hearts" (strange & intense, but worth the read). I've always liked to read Earlene Fowler (she names one of her series after names of quilt blocks)...her best yet is titled "The Saddlemaker's Wife".

I've just discovered James Patterson and I love his books but then,I love reading most things. I go through phases of reading, historical books, then it may be romance, at the moment its more the psycological criminal type book. I don't think I could get to sleep at night if I didn't read something.

Blue Like Jazz, by Donald Miller. Great book if you are a Christian. Great book if you are not a Christian.

Years ago when I cleaned out my Aunts house and then later my mom"s I found a lot of books dated back to the early 1900's. I put them in the back of the bookshelf. About a month ago I decided to try one of the old books. I am on my 4th one now. They are really interesting, move along quite quickly and the story plots are really good. Compared to some of the newer authors I've also read, I prefer the old ones. I will get back to Caral Neggers, Nora Roberts, etc but have really enjoyed these old books.

I'm reading "Once in a Lifetime Dog;My Borzoi Angel by Colleen Armstrong. Having lost two Borzoi within a month it is a really beautiful story of a woman's love for her "heart" dog.
