My vote for a Friday night's dinner, is Pizza with extra cheese, once delivered, put in the oven on the pizza stone to get really hot and bubbly. YUM!!!

Me too! I have a bunch of baby back ribs in the freezer but my barbeque is still at my son's house and I have no way to get it here until he comes home (works out of town) so I don't know how to cook them in the oven. Anyone have a good recipe to do them in the oven?

got home about 6:30 realized had not eaten ANYTHING today. just coffee & cocoa.

had a pkg of mushroom tortilini, so set a pot a boilin'.

boiled half. the liquid looked so ymmy i saved it in a cott ch container. either will make soup or give to dogs.

melted butter, stirred flour (basic roux),cooked the flour, blended in half & half, sour cream (payday & I'm outta milk), a teeny bit of garlic pwd, chopped up a ckn breast i (foreman) grilled 2 days ago mixture pretty thick, so I put in water, stirred in ckn, and put the tort back in.

pretty yummy.

Tonight is filet mignon grilled by my husband, baked potatoes, fresh green beans with bacon, and a salad.
There is room on the grill for more.....
