Grilled Pork Chops, Red Beans and Rice (Mahatma pkg)
maybe some fresh green beans if I have any good ones and maybe some corn on the cob if I find some ready in the garden.

Tonight is marinated Salmon in maple syrup, baked sweet potatos with cinnamon and butter and peas. It's only the second dinner I've made since we moved this weekend. Can't find the pans to cook anything else. LOL

I am having leftover corn and chicken casserole... I am at work, so I will go home and have a salad tonight at about 9:30PM.

We are having meatball grinders {from leftover meatballs} with fresh peppers and onions in sauce. I will toast the rolls in the broiler and melt the cheese over all. Easy, peasy...
