Well I have made 4 large stuffed bell peppers for my husband for dinner. He will eat one for sure, maybe 2 depending on how hungry he is when they are finished baking. If he eats only one which I think he will because they are pretty big this time the bell peppers were 2/88 cents he will have 4 meals. The meat mixture, is actually left over from the last time I made them. So technically the only cost today to make them is the electricity to cook them..Hey what a great deal lol. Since I had just a little too much meat mixture, I went ahead and cooked it up and am going to use if for a small pot of spaghetti for me which will last 3 or 4 days.
So Stuffed Bell peppers, salad and his favorite veggie...CORN.
What are you all making for dinner?

It's been a looooooooooong day with the kids. So Hubster is picking up a frozen pizza. Not gourmet, but requires little mental effort...which is good right about now.

I threw some hamhocks in a pot of water, added lots of white beans and some black-eyed peas, 3 onions and we will have that with some hot sour dough bread sticks......Chunky Monkey for dessert!

I've been working since early this morning and my daughter just called and her boyfriend invited me over for beer and pizza; that's where I'm headed in 30 more minutes. That's what's for dinner tonight!
