[quote=OmaForFour]OH PLEASE, ask your daughter for a pic of that so you can show us. My daughter has two goldens. I am sure they would love quilts but I have to do my daughter and two granddaughters and SIL first. LOL

I will ask her for a pic. It has been 12 yrs since I made it and I can't remember what it looks like. I never made a quilt for my golden as he was always hot and liked to lie on the tile by the front door.

Yes, I made one for my granson's dog. I
put his dog's picture in the center of
the quilt. They have such neat fabric
    out for pets. Betty Lee

I made one for my "granddog" and told my daughter I'd make them for all of her friends who have dogs. I have all of this great dog fabric and thought that would be a great idea.

I don't have grandkids, only granddogs. I've made them many bandanas, but now my daughter wants me to make them quilts. I made small quilts for my cat and my dog and she wants one for her dogs, too. I will do it- when I find some fabric on a deep sale!

Oh yes. I made a cute mat using doggie fabric for my DD's dog. I'd like to make some for the local animal rescue.

My dogs would ruin a quilt if they slept on it, so instead, their kennels have beautiful quilts over them. Serves a couple purposes. They feel secure in their own little houses, and they are decorative in my house. My dogs were kennel trained, now the kennels are just their bedrooms where they can come and go.

I just made a flannel and fleece doggie quilt for the car... for my SIL's doggie. Was cute. And you know what...? When it was unwrapped, my SIL put it on the floor/carpet for her. She came right over, pawed it up on one end, circled around, laid down and went to sleep with her head on the rucked up part. So cute. I'll make her more.

My 7 cats all have 'fleeces' which are remnants that I bring home from Joannes. I don't bother to even hem them. The cats dig in them, play on them, sleep on them. They protect my chairs and sofa from claws and when they're fur'rd or been thrown up on... in the washer they go. We must have 20 or so kicking around. lol.

    Welcome to the board. :)
    Don't they all LOVE fleece!
