I'm like SewJoyce I have ordered from them more times than I want to admit. Only once did they email that the fabric had to come in two pieces and asked if I still wanted it. This last order one fabric was wrong and one was missing. I called them. Told me to keep the wrong fabric. The correct and missing fabric was in the mail in a couple of days.

I have ordered from Fabric.com several times.... but only when they have a great sale. It seems that when they put there fabrics on sale really low, that they don't have much left in stock, and I think they get several customers trying to order all at the same time. Twice they emailed me and said that they were either short of the yardage I wanted, or they had more than one piece of the fabric. I have never ordered from them when I was ordering fabric at their regular price.
The fabric has always been nice, but there seems to be some glitches in their system somewhere.......

Eddie, I received my second order from them yesterday and was very pleased with it! Everything was just as I'd ordered. Sorry you and your daughter had such problems with them.

I order from them on a regular basis and have nothing but good things to say! I received an order today and I think one of the fabrics was end of bolt because the sent me an extra 3/4 yard...sorry to hear that you had such an unpleasant experience, but I wouldn't give up on them...

I've ordered many many times, almost never had an issue. The one issue I did have was when I ordered 1/2 yard of a Wizard of Oz (with the rest of the W of O from the current line). Rather than the one I ordered, they sent 1 yard of Moda dots. I contacted them, immediate response, told me to keep the wrong fabric and immediately shipped the correct replacement.

No other issues, absolutely love them.

Ooh, I did have one other "problem". On my birthday, as a gift to me, I ordered about 10 yards of the Farmers Market line, each in 1 yard cuts. About 2/3 of them were 6-12" MORE than what I ordered (and paid for).  At first I thought they shorted me on the other 1/3, lol. Happy birthday to me!

I order from them all the time and never had a problem. They had sent me email a couple of times when they were out of something, but I call that good customer service.

I've ordered from them several times, with no problems. You should contact them to get the problems corrected. I'm sure they want to keep you as a customer and want you to return as one too, in the future.

I've ordered from them many times. They give prompt delivery, mostly within a week of ordering. One time, I didn't like the fabric, they told me to keep the fabric and I got a refund. I'll certainly order from them again. Silvia
