EASY sashing/borders

this is good, but I like the method in our tutorial section better. No measuring!

I'd rather put sashing and cornerstones on individual blocks.
Most blocks will need sashing (and cornerstones, if you use them) on two contiguous sides, the blocks on one outside row and one outside column will require sashing on three sides and one corner block will require sashing on all four sides.
This is so much easier for me to handle than long strips.
