I do this also. Not big pieces. I don't know what happens to all the fabric people donate to thrift stores cause I never see it there. there must be quilters that volunter there and they see it first.

me too i am takeing the 5th on this one. i keep trying not to buy but i just keep getting those JoAnn sale flyers in the mail...hubby doesn't say a thing. told him maybe i needed to get an allowence every month and maybe that would help...ha...he said i don't mind if you buy fabric...he is not helping one bit...lol.. :lol:

WOW, seven story building full of fabric and quilting supplies..that is a quilters dream..you lucky gal. please post a picture when you get home...seven story building..just my dream..lol... :thumbup:
