May your cats (and/or dogs) snub you while you are working on a quilt.

May every dropped pin find your bare foot.

May you finish your complex applique only to discover the invisible thread was actually wash-away thread.

May your Super Slider always get sewn to the back of your quilt.

May all of your bobbins roll away behind furniture too heavy to move.

May you confuse spray starch with spray glue.

May you always load two new blades onto your rotary cutter instead of just one.

May all of your cuts veer to the side at the last inch.

May all of your scraps be just a little too small.

May all of your rulers become just slightly warped.

May your machine have intermittent computer issues that never happen when the technician is looking at it.

OK, I'm starting to feel really evil, I better stop! That last one is NASTY. LOL

Thank you all for your great ideas! We've all been through almost all of them and they are a great laugh as we review our frustrations. It is going to be a fun quilt to make and I imagine a lot of quilters are going to have fun reading them.

I also loved that fortune cookie idea both for fat 1/4s and for another Q idea......... I see in your future...........LOL

May your significant other be the one to find the dropped pin!

May your significant other come home early the day that you were planning to work on his/her surprise

May Diana put you on the hunt for your rotary cutter.

May Athena cause a war in your mind of indecision and doubt of your pattern choice.

May Demeter make you doubt "light vs dark" fabrics

May your machine sing the song of Sirens luring you to believe all is well.

May Hermes keep you running to the fabric store for just one more piece.

May Aphrodite lay her hand on all fabric that you view.
