I have to keep track or else I'll drive myself crazy. I quilt with friends one wekend a month so I just keep those projects in my trunk (One BOM and another queen size) That way I don't forget bits and pieces when I'm packing.
At home I have one that I'm hand quilting, one that is cut out, one that I have fabric for, one that I'm collecting fabric for, and a zillion patterns that I want to make yet before I die.
I also have 2 tops that I don't like well enough to put the work into finishing.

I was actually wondering something similar last week--I wonder who has the longest (time wise) UFO???
I only have one UFO--a quilt top that needs to be quilted. I've had it about 3 years.
I'm sure some have had UFO's remain unfinished ALOT longer than that!

I have 19 UFOs ranging from Queen to King size quilt tops waiting to be quilted.
I also have 12 projects WIP that I can remember right now, there could be more. Of those, 4 are large quilts, the rest are Christmas gifts (wallhangings and doll quilts) and swaps I'm involved in.
Nothing like being a little busy!! :D :D :D
