I have a corner of my bedroom for storage and half of the homeschool/family room for sewing.

When daughter number two marries and leaves then I will take her half of the bedroom upstairs as my sewing space.

When daughter number three marries then I will have a sewing room all to myself. But I'm not in a hurry for her to marry as she is just 17.

I have one, though it's tiny, but at least I can leave my projects lying around.

There is no way I would make do when DH doesn't and having the kids think they don't have to because mom will.

Thank you to everyone who has replied so far! I was getting very discouraged as I was thinking that everyone else had nice spacious sewing quarters and I had one third of my bedroom as my sewing area. Hopefully sometime this summer we may be able to add on to our home or put out one of those nice storage buildings out side. But that is a long wait no matter how you look at it.

Thank You again, Nana Julie

Yes, I have a room with only my sewing and embroidery treasures in it. I waited a long, long time to be able to have it though.

I do. I have a bedroom that is dedicated to my sewing. It is not a large bedroom but it is a dedicated bedroom just the same. I think it is about 10 x 12.

Well, I have one, but it has devolved into a fabric storage area and I sew in the dining room!

I have a very small bedroom for my sewing room. I need a redo and I bet it could be more useful. It was hubbies and he gave it to me when he had a nice shed built for him and his needs; but I still have two closets that he built to hold hunting clothes and his guns. That is still in there and really should not be outdoors, the guns anyway.
