Default Was I lucky or what?

Yesterday I was sewing on a rag quilt and just doing an "x"in each square, and I noticed that I was running out of bobbin thread (I don't know if you can see that my machine uses a drop-in bobbin). Anyway, this is what was left when I finished that leg of the "x".....and then my bobbin was empty. I didn't have to try to pick up the stitching where I'd left off, or anything!

Yay! Once in a while the stars just align...usually they're clashing, at least at my house.

Yeah they usually clash here too...this is the first time it's happened this close for me without running out 1st.

When that happens to me, I call it a "Bobbin Bingo". Don't get many of them, LOL

Love the low bobbin feature on my Viking. I can usually get to a stopping point that's not in the middle of a row.

Score! My bobbin message will say "less than 8%" for quite a while before it really ends. So it's a cr*pshoot for me!

Pretty neat! This is rare, but when it does happen, I always take credit for it. Like...well, aren't you a good sewer, to have the thread come out exactly right!

I didn't know there are machines that tell you when the bobbin in low. I always wondered that they can put a man on the moon, but can't make a machine that tells you when the bobbin is low. What we can learn on this Board is amazing!!
