It's awesome! Love the fabrics and it totally works, as it is. But if you feel it's too busy, you could try breaking it up by adding a narrow sashing on two sides of each block and make a "dancing" version of that same pattern. Look at how the white is used in this quilt:

I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I think it will be wonderful when you are finished. It reminds me of those coconut bonbons with the strawberry, vanilla and chocolate coatings and looks good enough to eat. LOL
I know it looks "busy" but that is necessary for those fabulous fabrics to share the limelight together. In the end, I think you will find it a harmonious busy-ness that is pleasing and lovely!

I don't usually like pink and brown (I am a pink and gray girl), but I do like how yours is working. As a newbie, the first quilt fact you must remember, is that no one who deserves a quilt, will ever wrap up in it and say " It's the wrong color." Quilt on! (And welcome to our obsession)
