I "lost" the day. Had a hair appointment early on and with Pat having to do some work today, he asked me to just drop him off and pick him up. Turns out he had an emergency to deal with and didn't get out of work until well after 4. Then we went to order new windows for the dining/living room. Right now, my honey is in my sewing room hooking up the TV. Soon my room will be back in order so I can get some happpy work done. The list is long.

Well this day is almost over now. I mowed yesterday and had a very achy back most of the day from that. Couldn't seem to get comfortable no matter where I tried to land. Finally started to really get busy on a panel lap quilt for DH. He has been out town and showed up this evening two days early. I had to really hurry to hide everything before he walked into my sewing room. Guess I'll go fire up the LA since I couldn't get any quilting done on it today.
My condolences to everyone who has lost family and friends this week. I found out a couple days ago that my first husband (and father of my children) has brain cancer. I was not prepared for the emotions that news unleashed. We were married for 27 years.
Have a nice Sunday everyone!

9:30 PM here I posted about 11 on what I planed to do, heres what I got done, all blocks for swap are ready to mail out on Monday but my Janome needs to go see sew Dr ASAP while working on last block started making funny (odd not HA HA) noise but she held it together long enough for me to get done. Got everything from this project picked up put away or thrown out. so room is ready for next project did not get the back on my long arm and did not start on that 1 hr to finish ufo and of course my backup machine is in to see the sew Dr untill Friday. So I should be able to get that top on the longarm done by this weekend.
