[ATTACH=CONFIG]404838[/ATTACH] I use this pattern for fleece coats. They are warm and soft. And fast. I enlarge the pattern to the chest size I need, this is 15 inches. Elongate the back end according to what you need, I have small Shih Tzu's, 7 lb, I believe this pattern was originally designed for Chihuahuas. Measure around his chest under his front legs. I use velcro to close it, so it is easy-on and easy-off. I ahve made several with doggie quilt fabric top and fleece lined, I don't quilt them but they look really cute anyway. I would buy a pattern in your fabric dept....Hope your baby does well...
