Yep me too and I had the same thought. Everything is at least on sale for 1 dollar taking it out of the running. The few things NOT on sale are "excluded" (sewing machines, accuquilt, cutting machines and anything else I might want). That leaves the gum and candy by the register. frustrating.

I have noticed the same thing... their coupons are for regular priced items but I hardly ever find a regular price item. Everything I look show a marked down price (fact or fiction I don't know). I often feel like it is a sales technique just to get you in the store as well...

Our Hobby Lobby does not take anyone else's coupons. I used my 60 at Joann's to buy a Fisher Price baby CD. I have a baby shower to attend and like to add music to my gift. The other things that I use my coupons for are adhesives for scrapbooking and candy melts in the Wilton section. These items are not usually on sale. I melt the cocoa flavored candy disks and stir in graham cereal and mini marshmallows to make no bake "Smore" cookies.

I didn't think Hobby Lobby accepted any other coupons but their own.

Our joanns will let you use the coupon IN PLACE OF the on sale price BUT it goes back to the regular price for being on sale.
Example. If something is 24.99. Regularly and on sale for 40% off. You can use your 60% off coupon but it comes off the 24.99 price. So using that coupon would be better than the 'sale' price.
