I have one and absolutely love it! It has all the features I want and is virtually a workhorse. I have done many queen and king size quilts with FMQ on it. I have had it for 7 years and wouldn't trade it.

I have had this machine about 2 years now. If you have any questions just yell. Can't promise I'll know answer but I'll try. I use mine for piecing and free mtion quilting. I don't use a frame just the machine. Love it. PS - book says oil every use and I do, runs much smoother.

Bought one 6 years ago to go on a SuperQuilter frame. I loved it so much I would take it off the frame to do my piecing and sewing clothes, even though I had a fancy HV machine. It can be a heavy duty machine, sewing through many layers as I make purses. I decided to get a larger throat and a new frame for machine quilting but wouldn't part with my Juki. It is my favorite for sewing. Never had one bit of problem with it.

I have a Juki, and I've had it for about 10 years. If you can get the one with the thread cutter, when I have to use my singer (because of a zigzag stitch I always mash on the pedal trying to hit the thread cutter. My Juki have had no problems even after making countless quilts, bags, fleece blankets and innumerable stuffed fleece animals.

I have that machine & it is good for quilting & all sewing. The only thing is you have to oil it each time you use it.
No problems with the machine, I really like mine.

I own this machine and a Gracie Lite frame. I got the whole deal from kenssewingcenter.com. I really wanted a long arm, but the short arm and the Grace frame were within my budget.

I used the machine without the frame to piece and machine quilt a small quilt for a charity organization before I put it on the frame. It sews amazing well. It is fast, quiet and makes a 1'4" seam with almost no effort, which was a major deal for me because my clunker Brother makes it darn near impossible to sew an accurate 1/4" seam.

I have made 4 or 5 large throws and 2 queen sized quilts on my Juki on the frame and it still sews great. It sat for almost a year and when I went down to use it right before Christmas I just oiled it and started sewing. The only problem I ever have is breaking thread, but every time that happens and I figure out what went wrong it is ALWAYS operator error.

For the money I think you can't beat a Juki. I am really wanting to buy another to use for piece work. It is time consuming to remove it from the frame and then put it back because it is so large and heavy.

PS I got a great assortment of feet by ordering thru Kens. The walking foot is huge and heavy, which to me is an indicator of the quality of the foot.

Message me should you have any specific questions.

Wow I can't believe how much the price has gone up in just 14 months. I paid $900 for my combo and that included shipping plus they upgraded me to the QE so I have the thread cutter. I can't live without a cutter now, lol.
