I think it is fine as it is. What is the name of the pattern and of the angel/fairy fabric and where did you get it?

The dark blue predominates. Its tone is darker than the others
In the background of the lady notice there are light aqua and turquoise colors. Try a batik with those colors.

A beautiful piece. I think that the outer blueish/green fabric is too much the same value as the fairies piece. Possibly changing that outer fabric to match the golden hair of the fairies would be more striking. Good luck.
