I have ordered many times from Connecting Threads. They are wonderful to work with and will take back fabric if you don't like it. You can ask them for samples of what you like. Call them and they will gladly work with you on you specific needs. No worries from this company ever.

I give them an A+++

Please link to where it says they are using USA grown cotton and the fabric is made in the USA.
I know it used to be that way. I found this page:

on their website, which does say they use International manufacturers. Sorry....I didn't know they changed that tradition of all USA. It does appear that they select their overseas manufacturers carefully for ethical work standards.

Candace, are you angry at them about something? Your comments are really sharp! Not like your usual happy self. Sorry if you had some bad experience with them, but it appears that the good experiences with them are about 10 to 1 on here.

I'm sure Candace can speak for herself, but I didn't find her comments sharp at all. As a matter of fact, I agree completely with them.

I do get a bit frustrated at the continued misperception that the fabric is USA-made.

i don't care for their fabric. its not LQS quality, its extremely thin.

in regards to the USA thing, i've heard from fabric manufacturers that they had to remove these statements because the cotton wasn't grown in the USA but some of the USA territories.

the option was to list the USA territories or to remove all statements - i guess they chose to remove the statement or are in the process of disclosing the USA territories.

I have purchased lots of their thread, love it, great colors as well. Quick shipment, great customer service, all grown and made etc in America, Wahoo. Yea for supporting America.

I am in the process of making one of their kits. The quality is not bad! LQS quality is also a lot more $$. I'm happy with the purchase.

Sorry, I didn't mean to come off as sharp. I'm running around like a crazy woman and posting when I should NOT be, with guests coming.
