I'd like to see a narrow sashing of the blue, and then border it in the yellow.

Choice B is my favorite. Babies like the bright colors.

I like "A" because it continues into the starry night. It gives it a new dimension! To infinity and Beyond! :) Choice B gets a little crazy for me :/ Especially when it touches the same pattern square.

I like what Kathyd suggested: B border and use the A for the backing. It's an adorable baby quilt. Good job! Dani

I agree, if you use Option B especially, I would use a narrow solid color to separate the wide border from the quilt. For some reason my eyes read wide borders as an attempt to make a small quilt top larger.
