I agree. I think a narrow border of white and then the blue (I like B)

Yep, I think that would help the quilt a lot! Although if you didn't do something like that then I would go with A it allows the main quilt show better.

What a bright and fun quilt! I love it!! I would probably do a thin border, 1 or 1.5 inches, with the fabric in Choice A and then a wider border with the fabric of Choice B.

Use A as your frame then the blue busy print as a larger border.

I like A better for all the reasons others have listed. If you want a narrow inner border, I'd go with a bright red that is between the shades of the two already used. Love the quilt!
