Great color combination. I would move the red blocks around a bit so they are not all on the same side of the quilt or not touching.

I love it as it is. Especially because you did not use lights in your strips so that the background has contrast throughout.

I agree. Your colors are well balanced. Perhaps the brights stand out more to your eye, and the cooler colors tend to recede. I would choose a border that pulls out the ones you feel are not enough, blue, purple, etc.
If you don't intend a border, I think it's really fine as is, but you could choose a cool binding if you feel it needs it.

I'm not a pink lover so the 2nd row from top, third from left, really stands out to me--otherwise I like it fine.
