I rarely make the same pattern twice. I like to try something new.

I have a short attention span so I tend to do something new. That is one of the reasons I like piecing and quilting...so many options and you don't have to make a whole quilt to make something pretty.

The pattern I use most calls for 12 to 18 fQ's and borders, you can change the look of a quilt really quickly by the fabrics you use.
Can you share the patern? i am looking for a pattern for charity quilts.

I've only repeated one pattern in 27 years and that is the Wedding Ring. There are so many patterns and I just love something different. I think that I would get bored doing the same pattern more than once.

All the quilts I've made were different patterns. Last year I got stuck on OBW's for a while and made four of those in a row. But now I'm back doing something different. I do have 12 hunks of fabric for more OBW's tho.
