Joe’s mom, your quilt is beautiful! I also had not heard of the pattern before but I think it’s lovely. It looks like a very cheerful quilt!

This is my kind of quilt. I love loud and bright. (Along with other things.) I have just finished two quilts at least this bright. The second one was made from the scraps of the first. You do what your comfortable with. I think it's great!!

Love your quilt, joe's mom. A few years ago Barnbum posted some beautiful pictures of a log cabin quilt made out of florals. You might get some ideas from her posts.
