Shout out for excellent customer service

Connecting threads has very good customer service. I had the same thing happen to me and I didn't have to send the wrong fabric back either. They actually told me to keep the other fabric, I guess it costs them more in extra shipping than what it is worth. Good for you.

Diana Marshall is one of my favorite people in the world. Give her my love if/when you go. She wouldn't know me as gollytwo though, but as Erna.
