I've also never had a problem from there. They have great customer service.
And I've never had an issue with any of their fabric being flimsy.

This is great to hear as I love Connecting Threads and because we so often hear about the stinky service we got at certain places. Great to hear they were so wonderful with you! Maybe some of the other places around will take note of how important customer service really is!

I had the same thing happen a while back - I ordered a yard of a black on white print, but got a blue batik! They sent me the correct one right away and also told me to keep the error. Their batiks are beautiful...I just ordered another 12 yards of them (in an order for 30! yards of various fabric)!! LOL When I'm looking for something, I always check Connecting Threads first - their fabrics are great quality, the prices can't be beat and their customer service is amazing!

It's rather hard to find places with great customer service it seems and I am very happy when I do find it. I think it's great that you let everyone know. I love CT also.
