They didn't answer me when I asked why I was never offered the better offer.

Watson, I would hound them until they made good on it. Why would they offer it to some and not others? I'd give them a call if I were you.

At least you heard from them initially. I've had no response to the ticket I opened...

Susie Q, they did honor this. I was given a code and links to the free kit selection and the $25 coupon. I received their email less than 8 hours after I sent them mine with the problem.
Gotta give them credit for very good customer service.

Now I'm wondering if the difference is in the mode of expressing our complaints. I mean, I didn't open a ticket. Instead, I sent them an email with a screen shot of the offer attached. Not sure how to open a ticket, or what that involves. Did you have to go through the Craftsy web site to do that? Might just take a little longer that way? Maybe that makes no difference. I don't know.

I've been wanting that little iron too. And I'm kicking myself that I didn't order one last December when they had it on sale for $19.99 Bummer!

Interesting. I used their "contact us" form on Sunday. I got an email saying they received it and would respond within 72 hours - and to please check my spam folder, too. Well, a little less than 24 hours to go, but I haven't heard anything yet. I also sent a snip with the offer that I had clicked on. But at this point, I don't like the kits left, so guess it's just as well.
