Thimblebug: very cute.

Quiltah Mama: I like the color combinations.

I enjoy reading about everyone’s projects and seeing pictures. I thought I would have most of today to sew but I ended up going to a clinic because I figured I had a sinus infection. I have one plus fluid in my ears. 2 nieces told me I need to rest today. Oh, darn! . I think I have rested enough so time to get the borders and 9.5” corner blocks done and on my UFO so I can put that in the ‘ready to quilt’ category. I usually only make tops and donate them but this one is for me and I need to practice FMQ or learn to use my quilting hoop for my new to me sewing machine before I attempt to quilt it.

Hi guys! I finished the last of the 8 baby quilts ... all done and ready for the trip to the CPC. All day today I've been sewing crib sheets... assembly line style, so I really don't have any idea how many I have started. I will finish as many as I can starting tomorrow am and ending tomorrow pm. in time to see Victoria! Great show! Monday I have my exercise class, and then, I'll start some new baby quilt tops. Yipee!!

It sounds like we are all accomplishing a bunch this weekend.

Everyone is looking productive but me. I had fun today but no sewing accomplished. The escape room was a blast, our team made it out with 2:46 to spare and after that, DH and I plus two other couples did lunch at a pub and 2 wineries. left at 9:45 this morning got home at 5:45 this evening, long day but fun! Sewing tomorrow! Not safe to sew after 2 glasses of wine an a beer.

I didn't get nearly what I hoped to get done today. Piddled all morning and then helped DH move hay for the horses. Plus we are babysitting daughter's dog and he's not trusted off leash, so had to walk him several times too. We got may get lucky with not too much additional snow or ice tonight. I did get most of the prep work done on some block clocks and prepped a sample to show beginners class how to pin baste and use walking foot and FMQ for next Sat.--so tomorrow I will actually start on a quilt--so many UFO's to choose from!

Everyone's work is looking so good. I got my hair done and helped husband fold some laundry. He's hopeless at folding and I'm so grateful he's being so good and helping me out while I heal that don't mind the folding at all. I usually do the washing, drying and folding so I still feel ahead.

I took advantage of the sunshine yesterday and went snowshoeing with a group of friends...sunny yes, but only 34 degrees. I got the binding on attached to a charity quilt that is due for an auction on March 9th and I tidied up my sewing studio. Today I will get more sewing done...
