Today I am making bags to slip over pool noodles that will be used to store quilts.

I’m trying to work on two things every day. A river log cabin from MSQC that is still in the piecing stage. I used Christmas fabric from my own stash and it will be a Christmas theme throw blanket for a friend. I am also trying to spend at least ten minutes practicing FMQ every day.

Today I am piecing the backing for a comfort quilt... my first bargello and it's a bit bigger than my usual throw quilts.

Went to my QBuddy for a sew in today. We paper pieced a stocking with Christmas fabric. Then I sewed a bunch of 3" widths of fabric into strips for my next scrappy.

Went to a sew group today. I'd seen an interesting wonky, block in a magazine and wanted to make it. It took 3 hrs to finish one block. Now should be on a roll.

A table runner. I have become obsessed with using up my black and white scraps as they are taking over my sewing room. My goal is to get them all back in their container and close the lid.

I am picking back up my BH mystery quilt, Frolic. I had to set it aside to make comfort quilts but I'm ready to tackle that border.

Quilting a UFO. Also painting the blocks for the Helen Godden 2017 quilt along (starting this one was my reward for finishing some UFOs).
