I too like to get a quilt mag. once in a while in the mail..but I am going to let my subs. run out..I have too many ideas and not enough time..also eased up on buying fabric..my room looks like a quilt store..(of course not as organized)fabric is getting way too expensive and so are the magazines..

I don't subscribe to any, if something catches my eye I might buy one off the rack. I do however buy a lot of used books through Amazon...cant beat the prices. Cheaper than a magazine.

I have never subscribed to any quilt mags, just occasionally found other's stashes at yard sales, color copied the pages I want to keep and put in my binders, then passed them on to others. This way, I have very little clutter of magazines.

I pay for nothing on line and cut back in HALF my mags.

I am letting all of my subscriptions lapse when they run out. I just emailed American Patchwork and Quilting yesterday upset with their auto renew, I hate when they decide you will renew. I placed an online order for something not related to magazines and as a reward got $100 of free magazines, but reading the fine print they all were auto renew and I just don't want to play that game so declined the offer.

I have two subscriptions and tons of mags hanging around. I also have the online video thing, a gift from my DD. I love to look through the mags but won't buy any more. I must easily have 200 and that's not counting the books. Enough is enough, until...

I've cut back on subscriptions, and am weeding out things by taking one at a time to work for break time - look through it one last time and leave it on the break table for others to look at, or as happens most of the time, they find a new home. :!:

I get the Quilter, Quilter's World, American Patchwork and Quilting; McCall's Quick Quiltsand recently received the invitation for Fabric Trends. I am evolving as a quilter. My tastes have changed for what I want to do now from what I wanted to do when I started.
I now look at patterns with applique on them without panic; some paper piecing is good.
I still have the mags I got, and am trying to decide if I can organize them better.

Not only have I cut back, I have stopped all subscriptions. I wan't live long enough to make all the quilts I have marked in the mags I already have.
