Here is my Something Southwestern row. I should be able to get this in the mail tomorrow, so look-out Theresa! It's on its way!

The first picture is a close-up of the three blocks I used - "Arrowhead," "Cactus Flower," and "Arizona 2." I used fabrics that incorporated turquoise and coral as well as browns. The background is "sand" kona cotton. All very southwestern! I hope you like it Judy!

Theresa, Judy's Something Southwestern is on its way to you. The lady at the post office said it should be there by Monday!

Fabulous. Thanks Lara... I wonder what kind of music I need for inspiration for a southwest theme....

Hmm, maybe I should pull out some old westerns or something.....

I got Judy's Something Southwestern yesterday. That is going to be a really cool quilt. My mind is whirling about all my favorite Arizona things and how can I incorporate them into the quilt.

Boops, your applique on it is really good.

I tried. I am afraid i am just not very good. Honestly, When I see all the rows you all do..well you can tell I am a beginner. Tell me what ya think of Amanda's. Sorry it was late but it seemed to want to come undone so I ended up having so much hand stitching to reinforce it. And I am depressed because my eyes are shit. My Hand stitches are a mess and my good sewing machine puked on me. :-(

Isn't the last row Mine? I am loving this so far. It is so neat. It might get stuck here. (Just kidding!!)

Amanda, just wanted to let you know I got Lara's quilt. I haven't opened it yet as I just got back about half an hour ago from a weeks quilt retreat in Idaho and after almost 12 hours of driving am exhausted and going to bed. Just wanted to check QB and see what's been going on while I was gone.

Boop, I think the row you did on Amanda's quilt is adorable.

Boop - I think you did a fine job. Amanda's quilt is really cute.

Take care of the eyes - they will get better.
