That is exactly what I was thinking....very excited to join but when bearisgrey said 29 yards of fabric.....yikes, I don't have that kind of stash I don't want...I have a lot of fabric, but I not that I don't want! 6-7 yards maybe...29 no!

So it seems like the consensus is to do the smaller Medium Flat Rate Box that opens up at the top. So I'm going to make an amendment, which I will send out with all the swap partner emails should someone not make it to page 8.

Hear ye! Hear ye! The honorable Queen of French Fries hath a statement to make!

The minimum size requirement is now the smaller Medium Flat Rate box. This is the box that opens at the top, not at the side. You can put a few notions: buttons, thread, pins, etc. in, but the bulk should be fabric. Don't worry so much about how much yardage or weight you send. If you have a box stuffed full of 100% cotton, good quality fabric, in pieces larger than 2.5", then your box is good to go.

Remember, this swap is a gamble in that it's another woman's "trash". It's a mystery box! If you and your partner want to discuss box contents, that's absolutely fine. But know that some swappers (like me) have their box already decided and just waiting on that lucky recipient!

Everyone stay cool today.. and remember God loves you!

I will repack my box that is ready to go of Christmas fabric for the lucky recipient. She is going to have fun with it I just know.
I am in the process of putting fabric in another box, will be sure is the smaller square one not rectangle, and move some more out. I have to do some cleaning in the garage before Saturday so i will have them sealed up and setting in the office till they go in the mail. Wow, a swap done already. Good thing I am not in many right now. So much is going on.

    Cool

I hope buddy gets a Christmas box and I don't. LOL

Go figure I had finally gotten the right size box. OK Off to look for another one. I will drive DH nuts with my box requests. One thing it will be easier to get it in the box, at least for me, so I am happy.

I've already packed up and sealed the larger size boxes, so whoever gets them will get extras.

I just sent my PM. I'm glad you decided on the smaller box our tiny Post Office only carried that one. It's already full and I couldn't believe how much I got in it.

    Anna,
you can order the boxes online from USPS and they will ship them to you free. Only takes a couple of days.
