Mrshallibut I received your birthday package. Thanks...Good things come to all that wait!

That's it...I officially am finished with collecting birthday packages. But not finished with the squares that I am sewing.

happylab You should have 31 envelopes when all are there. Plus 1 for yourself if you saved some of your own cuts.
There are 32 names on my list. It's so fun to see you counting down the days.

Why is it when I go Black Friday shopping, I buy things that I need and not gifts? Unless I count the cat food, cat litter and power shower scrubber as "gifts"! I drove all the way out to Tractor Supply to get the "doorbusters" specials on Purina Cat chow and litter! It was worth it, no crowds at the store!
Bed, Bath and Beyond was busy, but they had the 20% off the entire purchase coupons that they were handing out, and that's where I got that power scrubber for my shower. Getting too old to crawl around on hands and knees trying to get that shower stall clean!
That was the extend of my Black Friday shopping. I'd hit Joann's on Wednesday for the one item I wanted to grab, they were almost empty at 6:15 AM! I guess everyone waited til today so they could use that 25% off coupon. But I was after a doorbuster and they do not get the % off, so glad I went when I did! It was crazy when I drove by today!

Oldcatlady's squishie is going out in today's mail, and I'll get the other two birthday girls' squishies out early next week (gotta get some more stamps).

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! It's been CrAzY here, between my craft fairs (one left!) and trying to clean out the garage so we can put the house up for sale. It's unbelievable how much STUFF accumulates over 25+ years. There are things in the garage that I don't even remember! We've dragged a bunch of it out into the driveway for a "free" yard sale this morning, and have thrown the rest into the dumpster that we rented. I keep jokingly asking DH which of his tools he's going to give away, but he just looks at me like I have two heads. Him parting with his tools would be like me parting with my fabric. Ain't gonna happen!

I've been SO naughty with all the Black Friday sales. Three orders from Connecting Threads, a BUNCH of orders from Amazon, one from Walmart, etc. I truly needed the fabric, though, since my craft fair items have eaten up much of my stash. The mini Instant Pot will be great in our camper (cargo trailer conversion). I found a wire bookshelf/rack that'll be great for holding bath towels. And I couldn't turn down the box set of Harry Potter movies for $23 shipped. Picked up some Christmas gifts, too!
