Libster, thank you very much for the beautiful block! You know my love of stars. Sorry I missed it last night when I was quickly scrolling through. Clearly I hadn't gone back far enough.

Anniequilts, thank you for the beautiful block you made me! All of the blocks you made are wonderful!
MJP, such a beautiful applique set of birds on Pamela's quilt block! I too have been to a couple of quilt stores trying to find that Kona fabric without success. I'm still finding it exceptionally hard to cut into her beautiful fabric.

I love the variety- I think having simple to complex blocks in a quilt make it all meld together somehow.
NanaKathy - you took one pattern but made it differently each time it is amazing. I love my apples and the green is the perfect compliment. I noticed it matched someone the tennis fabric - complete opposites!
Terriamn - love my basket. Can't ya just taste the pie?
And Applique has never been my go-to. But I love it - and love what you all can do using this technique. It may be easy for you - but it inspires awe to me!
Whenever I look at the gallery (and thank you again JaniceMc) and see all the blocks together - it just blows me away. It also helps me pick out fabric to send!
Have two more blocks on the table with their patterns and one on the ironing board finished.

I too have tried all the stores around for the Kona Dreamsicle and have come up empty handed. The orange and the applique is so pretty.

Another one for Kass. I like trees. I checked with Kass but if this mottled gray is too dark, I can make a different block. The leaf on the left is meant to be cut off with the 1/4 “ seam allowance. This block reminds me of the palm tree block I made for Jaba. I hope you like it. It’s definitely outside the box. It looks better in real life.

Annie, such beautiful blocks. I especially like this one for Janice with the embroidery. It is similar to an idea I had but with the gold embroidery it is stunning.
I’m glad you like the flower galaxy or as Kass sees it, a Cubist’s Wedding. It will be fun to wonder what your teen will see.
