absolutely you can do 2 sets, the more the merrier!

yes, you can use just 2 colors or 3 colors in a block which ever makes you happy. most block look good with 2 colors.

you can use prints also. my blocks, for example, will be a print and then a tone on tone/blender type fabric.

Here are the fabrics I am going to use but I have another question. If I should run out of one of the fabrics is it okay to use a different one for te balance of the blocks or do they all have to be the same? Thanks!

the log cabin is really easy to make.

the hardest part is being organized so you sew the correct strip in order.

you just start with a center and just keep adding strips along the outside keeping lights on one side and darks on the other.

its so user friendly.

you can switch to another fabric. i just need 18 blocks from each set within the color scheme if you wish to break that across various FQs thats fine.

we're at 26 different blocks - hopefully we can reach 36 that way the people doing 2 sets can receive 36 unique blocks.
