I love all the new ones!!!

Sazu- Are they ok...*shaking my head and laughing*...OF COURSE they are!!!, they are adorable!!

Marsha...Love your bow tie kitties and the butterfly...too cute!! I'll be happy to add you to the list. PM me when you are ready to mail.

Linda..May 15 is the MAIL to me date. In the original rules, I planned on about 2 weeks for me to recieve all of them and to swap them..Hopefully that will work. We'll watch the mailbox to see if they all come in within that time frame.

    Are they all ok?
WOW!!! You've been busy!!! I love the sundress kitties!! At least if we don't have Spring around here, I can enjoy looking at some warm weather clothing!! The black and white kitties are quite sophisticated! It looks like they are ready to party! Boy, by the time all these kitties get to sandpat she is going to have a pretty wild party going on in the Kitty Korral!!!

Well, I've gotten one cat of my second set done an. Must say I am super happy with it. I do have a question. I am paper piecing this set and have heard that you can keep the paper on to help keep it's shape better. My question is do I keep the paper on or take it off?
Do you ever get faster with paper piece? It took me over an hour to so this one and it is relatively easy as far as paper peicing goes. I will put a picture on later today.

Sounds like you had a great day of sewing Brooke! I usually take the paper off when I pp for swaps...unless you have bias edges, they should be ok. If I have bias, sometimes I just stay stitch around the edge and then they are good to go.

You will get quicker once you figure out a rhythm. I got fairly fast at it when I was doing all the blocks for my Jane quilt. Do you use strips or cut out your pieces??

Can't wait to see your blocks!

I cut out pieces for some, and did strips for others. I think the strips were a little faster but not by much.
Thank you for the answer about the paper. I will make sure I take it off for you guys.
