I suppose it will cost us a small fortune....*huge sigh*....oh well, I guess thats what we're here for...:D:
Catnip bait in a cage trap - ask animal control for a loan.
Wash the cage well first, get all the bad bacteria out.

Yeah right Jeannie...we have 8 of our own out there...so you know who is gonna end up in that cage! The really good thing is that I think one of them went next door and had her kittens under the neighbors house....LOL...whew!!! That officially makes it "not my responsibility"

    Oh, dear, well...
One time my two youngest sisters hid all the kittens in the haymow. One day my mom and I said to each other: "Have you noticed ? aren't there a lot of tiny kittens at the food bowls? I went exploring and found six mothers and 40 kittens! FOURTY! So mom called around the neighborhood to see if any of our neighbors could take some of the kittens. Now this was in the 1940s so epidemics happened and could wipe out a population on a farm. One of our neighbors said, "Yes, I am wiped out, send some over."
So mom got a big banana box and put it in the trunk of our De Soto car. She and I put three mother cats in it, who were really friendly with each other, in fact they would nurse each other's kittens. We put every kitten we could find in the box and half grown ones too! By the time the box was really rocking mom slammed the trunk shut and told my dad, "John, please drive these cats over to Mr. Lightner."
Now my dad was not in on what was in the box! So when he got there, and opened the trunk, cats exploded out, and ran all over the place!
He and Mr. Lightner stood in astonishment!
Later, Mr. lightner called my mom, and said: "Was that really just a couple of mother cats and their kittens?"
My mom said with a straight face: "Yes!"

Well ladies, I went to the fabric store (for something totally unrelated) and stumbled across some seriously cute cat fabric. So I guess I'm in. :)
