Mariposa, you poor thing, all those chickens, now roosters cock-a doodle0dooing all hours of the night, you have to deal with sknunks, possums and coons, not to mentinthe mice.
heard you had some "farmers" visit you also. Mine in home with me and the rest of the chickens,(He's a rooster dressed as a farmer). Did you know what you were getting yourself in for????? Lets not mention the chicken feed your dealing with, and the daily waterings also. you deserve a BIG break after this one!!!

I tell ya, it's getting pretty rowdy! The chicken feed bill is getting up there too! I'll be glad when I get a good night's sleep after they've gone to their new homes! Maybe even get to use our new hot tub by then! :)

I would say you will probably hear the hot tub calling your name after all your hard work.

Be sure the chocolate and wine are with you at the Hot Tub as well. You will need to calm the nerves from the noise.

My chicken quilt is for my brother in law who lives in a town which celebrates "Chicken Day" once a year by having a festival. They have already started getting ready ----hurry, hurry little chicks, you must get sewn!

I'm heading into my sewing room to see if I can create another chicken to help me wait til our chickies fly back home...counting down the days now...LOL!

Roxanne, your brother doesn't happen to live near Fruita, Co, does he? They have a "George, the Headless Chicken" day there...I think that's the name...been a while since I've lived there...
