    Roxanne, your quilt came together beautifully! It's fun to see a couple of my blocks in with the "crowd" of chickies!

    I GOT MY CHICKIES!!!!
    and all I had to do was take my sis out to eat... get nails done... go thrift store shopping... she cut my hair for me also 8-)
    so Im good I think!

    I got a BUNCH of ones that I wanted :D you all did such a great job :thumbup:

    I did get TWO of Donnas cute crazy chicken, I will post pics later... If someone really wanted to get this chick PM me.

    I have to make some floor room here to lay them all out and take a picture ;)

    Arggh! I have not been getting email notices....finally caught up on the conversation. I do have the chickies, and I have I crib quilt top put together as well as part of a pieced back. I have enough to make 1 more crib quilt from these. This first one I am planning on donating to a maternity home in honor of a friend's wedding.

    Since this is going to be an infant/baby quilt I felt I had to remove the hard/small embellishments as they could be choking hazards. Here a the blocks and the replacements I made. They were cute as they were, and I only traded them out to be on the safe side--not to offend the maker! In case anybody else needs to do the same thing, this is what I did...

    That you were wrong if you thought you received the most beautiful set of funky chickens because my set is the best!!!!

    I am thrilled. I cannot wait to put it together but I am trying to tide up the house that is a mess.
    I'll show you my chickies as soon as I can take pics.
